DELIVERY POLICY

How We Deliver

Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5:00pm via our chosen courier. For items that we have in stock, these will be delivered the following day. For out of stock items VoIPDeals will notify you as soon as we can for an estimated time of delivery. Once your goods are dispatched, we will email you with a tracking number which can be traced.

 

Where We Deliver

We deliver Australia wide, however delivery times will vary depending on where you are located. We only deliver via courier to a street address.

 

Charges

Delivery costs are a flat rate of $15.00 including GST.

 

Acceptance Of Delivery

All deliveries must be signed for on acceptance of goods and anyone at the delivery address who receives the goods shall be presumed to be the authorised acceptor of such goods. Unfortunately VoIPDeals and its courier are unable to provide an estimate of the delivery time. If you are unsure if you will be available at the delivery address during the delivery hours, we recommend nominating a work address or address of a family member who will be present during the delivery hours. In the instance someone is not able to sign for your delivery, the parcel will be held by Fastway. They will leave a card in your letterbox with details as to how to collect your parcel. We are unfortunately unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched. Order delivery times are provided as guidelines only, and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorisation. We cannot be held liable for any delay in delivery and the above time is as provided to us by the freight company.
