The Guard MK2 is our most cost effective loud speaking telephone / door station and is fully line powered (which can also reduce the installation costs of power points etc).


    Applications

    • Secured door access intercom for business and residential premises.
    • General remote entry intercom (for example to open remote gates) for larger business sites, at remote sites (including via mobile telephone) or where additional security is required.
    • At the main entrance to hotels and apartment blocks with a concierge.

     


    Product Information

    • Automatically dials a set number.
    • Automatically detects when the call has been terminated and will hangup the unit (either by receiving tones from the PBX or PSTN line, or by detecting long silence periods).
    • Includes a DTMF activated relay which can be used as a remote gate / door release.
    • Manufactured from stainless steel to ensure durability in environments with harsh weather conditions or where there may be a vandalism risk.
    • Works with PSTN telephone lines and as an analogue PABX extension.

     

    Operation Modes

    • Standard single button unit which will dial a pre-programmed number when the button is pressed. Can be programmed with up to 16 digits including a pause.
    • Can be supplied with multiple buttons: ideal for situations where there are several premises using the same Guard unit as each button can be programmed with an individual number.
    • Hotline mode.
