MEET THE DYNAMIC DUO
Jason and Vicki Walandouw formed their own telecommunications company in 2000. Jason started his telecommunication traineeship with Telstra in 1986 after leaving school, and worked his way up the ladder very quickly, showing great skill and tenacity. He worked on subscribers install to business customer's, starting on installing all types of Telecom branded commander systems. Jason then worked at Telecom mobile products, where he learned all aspects of mobile phone infrastructure and networks.
After 2 years of external studies doing the ENC at Granville Tafe at night, Jason won a position in Telstra's PABX service division where he was fully trained on working directly and alone with Corporate & Government customers and the top 100 business's. Jason was technically trained on large PABX'S like Fujitsu, Phillips, Ericsson, Nortel, NEC and many more. Jason then went on to be a great team leader and project manager for Telstra's internal communications. After gaining as much knowledge as he could from his peers, Jason headed up the voice and data communications for the 2000 Sydney Olympic Games with a dedicated team of Telstra personell and discovered a new passion for future endeavours in the communications industry. After what was called "Telstra's greatest achievement in a single event", Jason decided with his newly found confidence for excellence, it was time to go out on his own. It was at this point that Jason met Vicki who had run many offices for corporate business and teamed up to successfully run their own business, Call Centre Installations, in the telephone installation and service industry.
With Jason's extensive knowledge of the Telecommunications industry and Vicki's day to day running of multiple service divisions for 2 major companies, and with a high set of administrative roles, they have forged ahead to be a fantastic team.
